ARCHITECTURAL PLANNING

 

We provide site measurements and photos of the existing layout. Then, we provide the preliminary floor plan and design. Once approved with the home-owner and the city, we provide construction drawings, structural and civil plans, and soil engineering plans, all per city approval. We specialize in unique and original architectural designs, such as Tuscany, Mediterranean, French Château, Craftsman, Villa, Modern, Ultra-Modern, Tudor, etc. No two homes created by PCI are alike.
